Most of the calls we get are driveways breaking up at the apron, front steps with a loose tread, patios, garage floors, basement floors that have heaved, and sidewalk panels the city has put a notice on.

What moves the price is mostly size, access, and how much of the old concrete has to come out before we form anything. A truck that can back close to the pour costs you less than a wheelbarrow relay down a narrow drive, and a slab that's only cracked is a much lighter job than one that's dropped an inch at the joint.

When we come out you get a straight recommendation and a detailed estimate, and nobody at our concrete contractors company will lean on you for a decision. We'd sooner tell you a patch will hold a few more years than sell you a tear out you don't need.
